Why are we different?Above the Wave (ATW) Swim School proudly provides small group instruction in a heated, indoor, comfortable swimming pool. Parents are able to watch their child's progress, from the deck of the pool. Having parents available during the lesson, instructors are able to communicate about your child's progress.
Above the Wave Swim School teaches an award-winning, progressive program that is based on a child's individual capabilities.
Parents, please remember: A child is never safe in or around the water. You will make them safer by teaching them how to swim. However, water safety is and always should be layered approach:
- First, teaching the skill of swimming.
- Secondly, teaching parents that children require constant supervision in and around water, and lastly,
- Teaching children additional water safety measures which will be introduced and enforced within all sessions.
Lessons take place at the Quality Inn & Suites in Danbury,
